Update: To date, LBLL has received generous donations amounting to approximately 80% of its required goal of $50,000 for installation of a new artificial turf infield (with sand infill) on the Major League field!  LBLL is targeting the week of January 11, 2016 for installation of the new infield, so there is still time to make a donation, which is tax deductible!

The Lunada Bay Little League has always thrived on the support of the community.  We have been blessed by previous supporters who have given us a fabulous facility.  We are now headed into a time were our most valuable resource has been compromised, our use of water.  The use of water is imperative in the maintenance of our fields and to give our children a place to continue playing baseball.  The board of directors have decided to institute a capital campaign to raise money so that we can install artificial grass.  This will cut the cost of water usage as well as the cost to maintain the fields to make sure that our kids continue to have a field where they can enjoy their Little League experience.

Your monetary donation is to help fulfill everyone’s dream of a beautiful facility for years to come.  We are being environmentally conscience as well as fiscally conscious of the hurdles that are present both now and in the future.  Our goal is to replace the Major League infield with artificial turf, which will cost about $50,000.  Our goal is to get this project done for the 2016 season.  Any donation will be greatly appreciated.  In addition, any donation of $500 or more will be acknowledged with the donor's name/inscription on a plaque which will be located at the Lunada Bay Little League field.
