The following is required from all Challenge Division parents:

Parent’s Pledge:  I hereby pledge to provide positive care and encouragement for my child and the children on my team.  I will encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, officials, and parents at every game, practice, or other LBLL events.  I will place the emotional and physical well-being of the players on my team ahead of a personal desire to win.  I will refrain from the use of drugs, tobacco, alcohol, and profanity at all LBLL events.  I will remember that the game is for our youth and not the adults.  I will ask all children on my team to treat other players, coaches, fans, and officials with respect and good sportsmanship.  At LBLL, the Executive Board will take a zero tolerance approach to the above.  If you or your player are ejected from a game or spectator area by an umpire or a LBLL official, you must leave the LBLL property immediately.

Permission for Participation:  I permit my above named child to participate in the Lunada Bay Challenger League.  I recognize that some risk of bodily injury is involved in the normal participation in this sport.  I agree to obey all rules and follow all safety procedures involved with this program established by the Lunada Bay Little League.  I certify to the best of knowledge that my child’s current physical condition is satisfactory for participation in the Lunada Bay Challenger League and that my child is free of any health problems which would endanger his/her participation.  I will inform the coach should his/her condition change at any time during his/her participation in this program.

Photography/Video Permission:  I agree that you may photograph or videotape me or my child while participating in Lunada Bay Little League sponsored events and activities.  Further, you retain the rights to use these visual images in any manner you wish without compensation to me or my child.  You may use, and license others to use, my or my child’s name, voice, likeness, and any biographical facts which may have been provided to you, including advertising and promoting Lunada Bay Challenger League sponsored events and activities.
